Joel has built a reputation as a reliable results-focused operator over his 20+ years in the real estate industry. He began his career in real estate as a property manager for a family office with ~1,000 units under management. He was quickly promoted to oversee the entire portfolio, participated in the identification and analysis of investment opportunities that lead to the execution of transactions achieving LP returns north of 15% and completed his first solo transaction as a 23 year old, netting a 10x return on capital.

After spending time in the finance group at BlackRock and focusing on launching and selling an ecommerce company (which he was responsible for growing from zero to more than 5,000 orders per month), Joel returned to real estate. Completing a Masters program and launching creAdvisors in 2013. In order to better support our clients with a one stop solution, the team launched Hudson Cove Realty, a NJ Real Estate Brokerage, in 2016.

Joel leads the creAdvisors team on special projects, while operating in a quality control, business development and administrative capacity. He is supported by a dedicated team that is focused on delivering exceptional results for all stakeholders.

Joel is currently a candidate for a New York State Real Estate Broker license, holds a B.S. in Economics and a M.S. in Real Estate.

With 40+ years of business experience, Bob has supported and launched numerous successful ventures. He has held roles in both an internal and external capacity at numerous real estate, mortgage and financial institutions. In addition to providing accounting, audit and tax services for many of the largest real estate developers in the New York and New Jersey metropolitan area, Bob held the role of CFO at Apollo Construction and Engineering in Lodi, NJ for 10+ years. In addition to his work at creAdvisors, Bob continues to provide tax and accounting services to business and individuals through his CPA firm.

Bob brings his expertise to provide accounting and financial reporting services to our clients. He also provides ongoing oversight to the property management operations of CAPC, the real estate development subsidiary of New Jersey Community Capital.

Bob holds New Jersey Real Estate license, a B.S. in Accounting, an MBA in Taxation and the CPA designation.

Frank has over 14 years experience in the real estate brokerage industry. Unlike many practitioners, Frank adapted and thrived through housing/financial crisis of 2008. Frank has developed his skills working with distressed homeowners in trenches. By 2009, he was operating a short sale processing company focused on supporting investors and real estate agents through outreach to troubled borrowers.

With a better understanding of the needs of various stakeholders in distressed scenarios, Frank founded New Horizon Mitigation, a legal outsourcing firm which manages and negotiates short sale transactions for distress property sellers. The company still operates and has contracts with 20+ law firms and a sales pipeline of 125+ active transactions.

Frank is the engine driving creAdvisors loss mitigation operations. He has completed well over $20 million of REO transactions and workouts for clients. Typically serving as the day-to-day point person for our distressed mortgage investment clients, Frank is supported by an experienced team with a track record of delivering exceptional outcomes, often exceeding target benchmarks set by asset managers.

Frank is an active real estate investor and holds a New Jersey Real Estate Broker license since 2009.

With a deep knowledge of real estate markets across New Jersey, John has overseen more than $100 million dollars of real estate transactions, spanning several decades. Starting out on the streets of Jersey City, John built his success in the real estate industry through hustle and a reputation as a straight shooter.

John leads compliance and recruiting activities for the real estate brokerage division, Hudson Cove Realty.

John holds a New Jersey Real Estate Broker license for more than 40 years.
